  • On arrival in Delhi, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and proceed towards Haridwar, a sacred city nestled at the foothills of the Shivalik ranges.
  • Known as the gateway to the Char Dham and the origin routes of the holy rivers Ganga and Yamuna, Haridwar holds immense spiritual significance in Hindu mythology.
  • Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax.
  • Later, visit prominent temples across the city and proceed to the revered Har Ki Pauri ghat, situated on the banks of the holy River Ganga.
  • In the evening, witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti, a divine ritual where oil lamps are offered to the river amidst chants and prayers, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere.
  • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Haridwar.
  • After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Rishikesh, a serene town known as the Yoga Capital of the World, located along the banks of the Ganges.
  • Begin your sightseeing with visits to important landmarks such as Laxman Jhula, an iconic suspension bridge, Bharat Mata Mandir, and Triveni Ghat, a sacred confluence point known for its spiritual importance.
  • You can also explore various temples and ashrams that define the peaceful charm of Rishikesh.
  • For adventure enthusiasts, there is an option to experience white river rafting at your own cost.
  • After a fulfilling day of sightseeing and activities, return to Haridwar by evening.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Haridwar.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Mussoorie, popularly known as the Queen of Hills.
  • Located at an altitude of around 2,000 meters, Mussoorie is spread across a horseshoe-shaped ridge offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges and the Dehradun valley.
  • Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax.
  • In the evening, you are free to explore the famous Mall Road, lined with shops, cafes, and local attractions, offering a lively hill station experience.
  • Enjoy the cool climate and scenic surroundings.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Mussoorie.
  • After breakfast, proceed for a full day of local sightseeing in Mussoorie.
  • Visit Gun Hill, the second highest peak in the region, which offers panoramic views of the Himalayas and surrounding valleys.
  • Continue your excursion to the famous Kempty Falls, located about 15 km away, where you can enjoy the refreshing waterfall and scenic surroundings.
  • Later, visit Camel’s Back Road, known for its natural rock formation resembling a camel’s hump, ideal for peaceful walks.
  • You will also explore The Jheel and Lal Tibba, the highest point in Mussoorie, offering stunning views of snow-capped peaks.
  • After a day filled with sightseeing, return to the hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Mussoorie.
  • After an early breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your return journey to Delhi.
  • The drive takes approximately 7 hours, offering one last glimpse of the beautiful hills as you descend towards the plains.
  • Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, carrying with you wonderful memories of your Uttarakhand trip filled with spirituality, scenic beauty, and peaceful hill experiences.

Inclusions

  • Hotel 04 Nights accommodation on Double / twin sharing basis as per itinerary

  • Meals as per hotel plan ( Breakfast except on the arrival day )

  • Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel

  • All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air-conditioned vehicle on Private basis

  • Road taxes, parking fees, fuel charges, interstate taxes

 

Exclusions

  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

  • Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots not mentioned on the itinerary 

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

  • 50 advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100 payment is to be made for domestic packages before 10 days of departure date.
  • 100 payment is to be made for international packages before 20 days of departure date.
  • In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies

If you Cancel your Holiday

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 50% of total cost

  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 75% of total cost

  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
