We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.

  • Upon arrival in Bangalore, you will be received and proceed towards Madurai by flight/train/road.
  • Upon arrival in Madurai, check in to the hotel and freshen up.
  • Later, proceed for sightseeing covering the famous Meenakshi Amman Temple, known for its magnificent Dravidian architecture, followed by a visit to Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal, showcasing Indo-Saracenic architecture.
  • In the evening, you may attend the temple ceremony (subject to timing).
  • Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Madurai.
  • After breakfast, check out and proceed to Kodaikanal (approx. 120 km / 3–4 hours).
  • Enjoy a scenic hill drive on arrival. Check in to the hotel and relax.
  • Later, proceed for local sightseeing covering Kodaikanal Lake for boating and leisure time, followed by a visit to Coaker's Walk, offering beautiful valley views.
  • Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Kodaikanal.
  • After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing in Kodaikanal covering major attractions such as Bryant Park, known for its vibrant flowers, Pillar Rocks, offering breathtaking views, and Guna Caves, a popular tourist spot surrounded by dense forest.
  • You can also enjoy scenic viewpoints and local markets.
  • Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Kodaikanal.
  • After breakfast, check out and proceed to Ooty (approx. 250 km / 6–7 hours) through scenic routes.
  • Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. If time permits, visit Ooty Lake for a peaceful evening.
  • Overnight stay in Ooty.
  • After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing in Ooty covering Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiris offering panoramic views, followed by Botanical Garden Ooty, known for its diverse plant species and landscaped gardens. Later, visit the Tea Factory to experience tea processing and enjoy local shopping.
  • Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Ooty.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed back to Bangalore (approx. 6–7 hours drive).
  • Upon arrival, you will be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, marking the end of the tour.

Exclusions

  • All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

  • Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

  • Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots

  • Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

  • Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

  • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.

  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

  • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

If you Cancel your Holiday

  • 30 days or more before date of departure : 50% of total cost

  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 75% of total cost

  • 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
